  3. navigation rules based on the 72 COLREGS
  4. (collision regulations).  Learn most of the
  5. light patterns, dayshapes, and sound signals
  6. used by boats then quiz yourself on them.
  7. The program requires Windows 3.1 (or higher)
  8. and a color monitor.  A sound card is
  9. recommended for the sound signals but is not
